I am now away until the new year so orders will be posted out then. You can still place orders and I will post them as soon as I can when I get back.

Payment
You can pay by Paypal or cheque. If you choose to pay by Paypal, this is quick and secure, you don’t need to have a paypal account, you can use paypal to pay with most credit/debit cards.
If you choose to pay by cheque simply select ‘cheque’ at the checkout and you will be given an address to post it to and I will post your order as soon as the cheque has been processed by the bank.
Shipping
I aim to post all items within 3 working days of payment. I will contact you if there is going to be any delay.
UK orders are posted by Royal mail first class. This usually will arrive within 1-2 days of me posting it out, but can take longer at busy times such as Christmas.
International orders are sent by Airmail which usually takes 3-7 working days, but can take longer at busy times such as Christmas. Please be aware of any import taxes are to be paid by the customer.
Returns:
All items are made by hand so may vary slightly in appearance. I hope you will be happy with your item, but if for any reason you are not then please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange a refund or exchange. Unfortunately I cannot refund the return postage costs unless an item is faulty.
